3. Estimates and Quotes

All estimates and quotes provided by Indy Kitchen and Baths are based on initial consultations and project specifications. Final pricing may vary based on:

  • Labor requirements
A detailed proposal outlining the scope of work, materials, and pricing will be provided before any work begins.

4. Payments

Payments are due as outlined in the project proposal. A deposit may be required before commencing work, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. Accepted payment methods include credit cards, bank transfers, and cash. Late payments may incur additional fees.

5. Changes to Projects

Any changes or modifications to the project scope must be submitted in writing. These changes may affect pricing and timelines. We will provide a revised estimate for approval before proceeding with any changes.

6. Scheduling and Delays

We strive to complete projects on schedule; however, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Indy Kitchen and Baths is not liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
  • Weather conditions
  • Supply chain disruptions
  • Labor shortages
  • Client delays in decision-making

7. Warranty

Indy Kitchen and Baths provides a limited warranty on workmanship for a specified period, as outlined in your project proposal. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.

8. Liability

Indy Kitchen and Baths is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or materials. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the services rendered. Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary permits unless otherwise specified.

9. Confidentiality

All client information shared with Indy Kitchen and Baths will be kept confidential and used solely for project purposes. We will not disclose your information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Indiana, USA. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Indianapolis, Indiana.
